Terms of Service – Personal Assistance and Organization

 

Services Offered

Services may include errands, grocery shopping, organizing, decluttering, and non-medical assistance for adults and seniors.

 

Services not offered

Medical care, personal hygiene assistance, medication management, childcare, emergency services, heavy cleaning, situations of extreme hoarding, or hazardous environments are not offered.

 

Appointment

Services are offered by appointment only.

 

Hourly rates and payment methods

Prices are confirmed when the appointment is booked. Prices include taxes. Payment method is discussed in advance.

 

Expenses and reimbursements

Expenses related to commissions or groceries are reimbursed with receipts. Payment terms are agreed upon in advance.

 

Cancellations

At least 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or modification. Late cancellations may incur a minimum fee.

 

Schedule change

In rare cases, an appointment may need to be rescheduled for unforeseen reasons. Every effort will be made to notify you as soon as possible.

 

Communication

Communication is done via text message or telephone, depending on the client's preference.
