Who is this service for?

For adults and seniors who want help with daily tasks, errands or organizing their space, in a calm and respectful environment.

What services are offered?

  • Groceries and errands

  • Picking up medications at the pharmacy

  • Organization and decluttering

  • Kitchens and pantries

  • Wardrobes and storage spaces

  • Paper and documents

  • Accompaniement (certain conditions apply)

What does basic technology support include?

Simple and patient help with smartphones, tablets and computers * This service does not replace professional IT support *:

  • Understanding the basic functions

  • install or remove applications

  • Camera operation (photos, videos)

  • Help with emails, online forms and printing

  • Basic parameter adjustments

  • Use the GPS function

What services are not offered?

  • Medical care or assistance with personal hygiene

  • Medication management

  • Childcare

  • Emergency services

  • Heavy cleaning (complete bathrooms, deep cleaning)

  • Hazardous environments or situations of extreme accumulation

  • This service focuses on assistance, organization, and light maintenance related to the tasks performed. It does not replace a housekeeping service.

Do you offer transportation?

Yes. Transportation can be provided as needed (errands, appointments, etc.).

The support provided is strictly non-medical. I do not participate in consultations, medical care, or medication management.

What are the rates?

$40/hour, taxes included

  • Monthly packages available (one visit per week)

  • First visit: $30 taxes included for 1 hour (for a limited time)

How does payment work?

  • Hours are paid after the visit (cash, Interac e-Transfer, debit, credit)

  • Shopping expenses (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) are paid in advance by Interac e-Transfer or cash.

  • Receipts are always given

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice is required.
Late cancellations may incur minimum fees.

The first visit allows us to get to know each other, understand your needs and see how I can help you in a concrete and respectful way.

Before the visit

  • We have a brief chat by phone or text message.

  • You tell me the priority tasks.

  • If commissions are involved, the fees are discussed in advance.

During the visit

  • Together we establish the priorities

  • The pace is calm and tailored to your needs.

  • No pressure: we're taking it one step at a time.

  • You always remain in control of the decisions

After the visit

  • Let's take a brief look back

  • If desired, we can schedule a future visit

  • Payments are made according to what has been agreed
